Professional freerunner and Red Bull athlete Lilou Ruel has officially shattered the world record for the highest haystack jump. Ruel successfully completed an 18.2-meter leap, recreating the iconic “Leap of Faith” from the Assassin’s Creed franchise.
The death-defying stunt saw Ruel drop from a height equivalent to a six-story building, narrowly beating the previous 18.1-meter record set earlier this year by Dominic Tommasso. The feat comes as Ubisoft’s Assassin’s Creed: Black Flag Resynced continues its massive commercial run, having sold over 3 million copies since its July 9th launch.
