Christopher Nolan’s latest epic, The Odyssey, has officially crossed the $1 billion mark globally after just three weeks in theaters. It is the director’s first film to reach this milestone since 2012’s The Dark Knight Rises.
With a current total of $1.008 billion, the film is on track to become Nolan’s highest-grossing release ever, bolstered significantly by $257 million in IMAX ticket sales. It joins a handful of 2026 releases to hit the billion-dollar mark, including Toy Story 5 and Spider-Man: Brand New Day.
