The upcoming Snoop Dogg biopic, Snoop, has tapped Swayvo Twain—son of R&B legend D’Angelo—to portray the iconic Notorious B.I.G. The film continues to assemble its cast as it heads toward a scheduled release next summer.
Directed by Craig Brewer (Hustle and Flow), Snoop will explore the legendary rapper’s rise and is expected to touch on the infamous East-Coast-West-Coast rivalry. The film is currently slated to hit theaters on August 6, 2027.
