Hidetaka Miyazaki has stepped in to calm concerns regarding the ongoing investor pressure at FromSoftware’s parent company, Kadokawa. The studio head insisted that his team remains fully empowered to develop their games without excessive outside interference.
With activist investor Oasis Management now holding a significant stake in Kadokawa, fans were worried about potential shifts in creative direction. However, Miyazaki confirmed he is satisfied with the current environment and teased that fans can expect both announced and “unannounced titles” in the future.
