Philadelphia authorities are searching for a man seen on CCTV wearing a Chucky the doll mask and harassing passersby in the city’s downtown area. The individual, described as being between 16 and 20 years old, reportedly spent 20 minutes on August 12 chasing and threatening multiple victims while filming the incidents.
Police have released footage of the suspect, who wore a black beanie and facemask during the spree, and are urging victims to come forward. If apprehended, the suspect faces charges including terroristic threats, harassment, and simple assault.
