Legendary game director Shinji Mikami, the creative force behind Resident Evil and The Evil Within, will be inducted into the D.I.C.E. Hall of Fame. The honor will be officially presented at the 30th Annual D.I.C.E. Awards on February 18, 2027.
Fellow industry icon Goichi Suda (SUDA51) is set to present the award, calling the induction a tribute to his mentor and friend. Mikami, currently the CEO of Unbound Inc., joins a prestigious list of previous inductees including Koji Kondo, Tim Schafer, and Todd Howard.
