Sega has finally pulled the curtain back on its long-teased franchise revival, Crazy Taxi: World Tour, confirming a 2027 release window. The project was officially revealed with a trailer during the 2026 Xbox Showcase.
The upcoming title is slated for PC, PlayStation 5, Xbox Series X/S, and the Nintendo Switch 2. The reboot promises an ambitious open-world, massively multiplayer experience directed by original creator Kenji Kanno, featuring five global cities, a story-driven campaign, and a classic arcade mode.
