Take-Two Interactive has officially ordered the popular GTA 5 multiplayer modding platform, Rage:MP, to cease operations. The parent company cited their Platform License Agreement, noting that FiveM is now the only authorized platform for GTA V multiplayer mods.
Server owners have until August 31, 2026, to complete their migration to FiveM. This move comes as Rockstar Games looks to consolidate its modding ecosystem, following their acquisition of the FiveM team in 2023.
