Xbox CEO Asha Sharma is projecting a return to growth by 2027 despite a difficult Q4 2026 fiscal report that saw overall revenue drop by $1.7 billion. The decline was attributed to a 5% dip in content and services alongside a 29% crash in hardware sales due to lower console volume.
While Microsoft CEO Satya Nadella confirmed the company is currently restructuring to reset its business strategy, Sharma emphasized that they reached over 200 million new players this year and are focusing on long-term investments to bridge the revenue gap.
