Makoto Shinkai’s iconic 2016 anime masterpiece, Your Name, is heading back to North American cinemas next month in a brand-new 4K remaster. The re-release arrives courtesy of GKIDS and will feature both the original Japanese audio and the English dub.
You can catch the limited theatrical run starting August 14, 2026. The film continues to hold its title as the highest-grossing original Japanese animated feature of all time, having earned over $400 million worldwide.
